![]() Omega Aqua Terra Railmaster Men's 2502.52 By: Omega Average Rating: 5.0 Total Reviews: 1 More Information Austerity Rules OK Although I imagine that this watch may not cater to all tastes, I find it to be a beautifully austere and accurate model. All that orange eye candy of the Planet Ocean range is too garish for me, and the Bond range is ubquitous to the point of boredom. I have worn this for just under a year, and it pleases me immensely. I should caution those who are physically active; its bracelet clasp is not as secure as the Seamaster divers range. This model is the second largest in the Railmaster range with a 41mm diameter case; the largest, a wrist-swallowing 49mm, is only available with a leather strap. I note one previous customer disappointed with his purchase, who bought this model when it was advertised as an AquaTerra. Strictly speaking, Omega does consider it to be part of the AquaTerra range, as it shares a co-axial chronometer movement, a sapphire case back, an identical bracelet, and water resistance to 150 metres. However, its easy to tell a Railmaster from a true AquaTerra: AquaTerras have a date display at 3 oclock; Railmasters dont. Its lack of date function may put you off, but if you are considering an accurate automatic watch, and youre weary of bling, I would heartily recommend this model. |
