It stands out, but in a good way. I like that you can see the movement through the face as well. I wish they would ship a tool with it to resize it. Im a normal sized man (if that makes sense) and its HUGE on my wrist. Beautiful watch, but where are the instructions?  On: 2008-01-08Kenneth Cole Mens Automatic Watch #KC3775 This is a gorgeous watch, solidly built. Very elegant in appearance and without all the distracting bells and whistles of digital watches. The stem has only 2 functions: to wind up the watch and to set the time. To set the date or AM/PM, you merely advance (or retreat) the time until all the dial settings are correct. My only negative comment is that the only paperwork that comes inside the sealed package is a list of international service centers and the Kenneth Cole Reaction website. The Kenneth Cole website serves primarily for sales and provides no product support. I am embarrassed that It took me a few minutes to figure out how to set the watch!
