On: 2007-11-30I knew of only major brands that mostly sold good looking but worthless watches. I wanted something worth keeping. My friend suggested Hamilton and was I right to listen to him. After 3 months of struggle I bought this $600 watch and anxiously waited for its arrival. I cant believe how happy and satisfied I am with this watch. Its perfect. Perfect for this period of my life, perfect for all sorts of occasion, perfect for me. My friend who has an X-wing liked this watch too. It is good sized. Not too small or too big for most guys. The leather looks great and I think after some breaking in it would look even better. The watch tells time, date, and day. Perfect for someone like me who forgets which day of the week it is. The stopwatch function is handy but I was told not to use it TOO often. The crown for adjustment, unfortunately, does not lock like a Rolex (Im sorry but I really dont know watches) or even the hamilton aviator. But I guess for a watch at this price I should not complain and it allows me to wind the watch a bit every night just as a habit. |
