 Tissot Men's PR 50 watch #T0124231105200 By: Tissot Average Rating: 1.0 Total Reviews: 1 More Information Horrible Customer Service  On: 2008-01-12The watch is fine, but the seller (Kenmar Watches) is horrible. The watch was not working properly when it arrived. I attempted to contact Kenmar to learn what needed to be done to exchange (not return) the watch. Good luck speaking to an actual person. If you call their number and select an automated phone choice for anything other than to purchase something from them, you get directed to their website and disconnected. The web site simply says you have 1 days from the date of order to return the item, but if it has been opened you must pay $30 because it is no longer "new" I sent them e-mails which were eventually returned and simply said to return the watch...but not an address where I should send it. Out of frustration, I called again, selected "sales" and spoke to an extremely rude and condescending individual. When I asked for an address to send the watch, he told me to look at the invoice. He then politely informed me that their address was the address on the invoice that was not my own. In the end, I decided to keep the defective watch and get it fixed on my own rather than return it to a company I have no confidence in and that would rather not deal with its own customers. Tissot is a good watch but Kenmar Watches is anything but a good company. You can spend the exact same amout on a Tissot at a reputable, customer oriented and helpful company. |
