On: 2008-03-31i bought this product, looking at the photo, and its really good in looks, and design is also amazing, but the size of the dial is tooo tooo hugh, i mean, i am 42 waist and quite bulky but yet, it looks too big on my hand, looks like i am wearing some freaky gadget on my hand. so not good for even the bulky person, buy only if you have extra heavy and big hand or wrist. else amazign design, would be more then happy if the dial was a bit small. Beautiful, but a quite large and heavy  On: 2008-03-31This is really a very pretty watch, however, I want to note a few things: (1) It is very big and heavy, like most of the Nautica line. I wish they would not make these so large. Its unnecessary, so I deduct a star. Consider whether you will look good wearing a huge watch. (2) The face color is silver -- plain silver, not the "goldish" color shown in the picture. The lines on the face are etched into it, which is a very nice effect, and gives the face a "whiter" look in some light. Anyway, I think its nice looking, but different than the picture shown. (3) The knob is a screw-down type. Before you can pull it out to set the clock/date, you have to unscrew it. The watch comes with a warning sticker on the back "Do Not Pull Knob." Its a cute thing, evidently having something to do with water-proofing, but maybe an irritation to some people. All in all, a very nice design, just wish it wasnt so gigantic. |
