 Nautica Men's Metal Round Chronograph Watch #N15509 By: Nautica Average Rating: 3.0 Total Reviews: 2 More Information Poor design  On: 2008-05-07I bought this watch because I like the Nautica name and because I was looking for a stainless steel water proof watch that had an alarm. The other review of this watch is correct in that this watch is VERY hard to set. The other problem I have with this watch is the alarm isnt loud enough. I can hardly hear it. For the price I am disappointed and cannot recommend this watch to anyone. Nautica N15509 Wrist Watch  On: 2006-08-15I would have to say that this watch is a fantastic timepiece. For the price I paid for it ($119) I feel that I got a fantastic bargain. Good points: - Easy to ready dial face, easy to adjust, simple to use, Looks great! Bad points: - the date setting is the only issue that I would have with this watch. Because of the way you have to screw in the crown to make it water tight, there is a tendency for the date to change just before the crown is locked into place. This is easily overcome by just being a bit more gentle with the crown, but a the same time it is still a delicate operation (for want of a better word). All in all, I gave it 4/5 stars and only because 4.5 stars wasnt an option. Like I mentioned earlier, the date issue is the only problem and is quite easily fixed. I would have given it a 5/5 if this wasnt an issue! At the end of the day though, I am more than happy with my purchase; it has been worth every penny and my friends have all cast glowing praise on my new purchase! In my opinion a Fantastic Watch! |
