Ive had this for a few months - wear it to work and also windsurfing - all the time in fact. Have yet to see one scratch on the crystal, and I usually scratch up my Casio crystals in a hurry.
The small digital portion of the watch may be disappointing to some in that it has few features, but thats actually what I wanted - alarm, date, simple stop-watch. The night illumination feature is weak, compared to standard watches, which is why Im rating it down one star.
I had not thought I would make use of the rotating bezel, but end up using it on occasion to time some event. It continues to operate solidly with a satisfying ratcheting action.
If you want an interesting sports watch and not just another Casio, and/or intend it for watersports - this is a great watch.
