 Swatch Men's G-Ring Chronograph Watch #YCS106G By: Swatch Average Rating: 4.5 Total Reviews: 3 More Information Good Watch, Bad Band  On: 2007-10-20Well, this watch worked very well for the first two weeks, but then the catch just broke off. The pin subsequently fell out, and I had to get the watch fixed by a local jeweler who did not specialize in Swatches. Overall, this watch is great. The triangular layout of the chrono and inner-seconds keeper is aesthetically pleasing (Swatch delivers well in this area, as always), and the chronometer has the precision I demand (i.e., it can do both standard timing & lap time.) The all-silver scheme renders it a bit hard to read, and I sometimes have to use the bezel to differentiate between the hours (which is immobile, by the way.) I have gotten many compliments on the watch, too, and it has taken a few beatings and still functions like new. If youre looking for a good starting chrono, this is it. This has all the features you need (except if youre a pilot, which, coupled with the lousy band, is driving me to purchase a Seiko Flight watch.) nice watch  On: 2007-08-15i just got this watch 3 days ago and im very happy with it. it looks and feels great, not too heavy not too light. it has chronograph and tachymeter, i just have to read the manual to understand how the second one works but in general im pretty happy with this watch. the only thing i have to say is that in the picture the dial looks kinda purple and that was one of the reasons i purchased the watch but now that i have it i can see the dial is gray-ish not purple. i guess the pic colors are kinda funny unless they sent me a different watch, anyway i like it (and ppl around me like it too) its a good deal for $ 69.99... oh and its swiss made, thats a very important thing for me when looking 4 a watch. Excellent value On: 2007-04-27I received this watch for Christmas 2005 after ogling it in a store in front of my wife. It has been a solid performer since then, and it looks great. I would buy this same watch for twice the price, it is a very good value. I recommend this watch. Ladies, if you are looking for a gift for your man, look no further. |
