On: 2007-05-11It works great and people ask about it all the time. It has one draw back, and that is you cannot see it in the dark, and my previous watch had this feature which I miss. It is a little hard to read in bright sunlight, but it can be done. Beautiful design and the price is terrific for what you get. I like unique things and this fits the bill. It looks both modern and classic, it works great and the quality is amazing for such an unexpensive watch! Im very pleased with it! solid watch On: 2005-06-20Ive had this watch for three weeks. Reading the watch face takes a little getting used to, because the hour is displayed on the first row and the minutes on the lower row. The black face is easy to read in normal lighting, but difficult to read in dim lighting. The watch would benefit from a backlight to turn on when needed. The watch and band have a substantial heft - no titanium feather weight this one - solid stainless steel here. To fit my wrist I removed four links from the band. It fits comfortably on my wrist with no pulled hairs and manages to be unobtrusive with a long sleeve shirt cuff. The polished and brushed surfaces provide a nice compliment. Its a bit flashy without being gaudy (IMHO). |
