If you compare this watch to any other Ironman watch or any other digital for that matter you will see its the best deal going. 150 lap memory! And it saves and averages your laps, and gives the best lap and so on. The 8 intervel timers are great for training also. Oh yeah and its a beautiful watch. I highly recomend it.
