On: 2008-01-02As a huge Punisher fan, this fits in nicely with watch collection. This is a heavy, very solid feeling watch that keeps accurate time. The red stiching on the black leather band is quite attractive. The watch comes in a collectors tin with a rubber "dive strap" and a handy watchband pin remover tool. I was suprised to find that this has a screw-down crown, a feature usually found on watches rated at 200 meters and deeper, and not usually found on a 100 meter watch like this one. However, you do NOT get a lot of "bang for the buck" with this watch. The ONLY "feature" is the Punisher logo! There is no day or date display, and the second hand subdial is almost useless. Id like this watch better if they had given it a regular second hand, and centered the Punisher logo on the watch face. This watch was a gift, and I probably wouldnt have bought it for myself. For this price, Id expect more features... self-winding, day/date display, etc. For this price I could buy several nice Invictas and a Seiko Black Monster! |
