On: 2007-12-25The watch arrived in 3 days, 1 day before the estimated arrival date, which was awesome. It was a christmas gift to myself. Very heavy piece, I need to have a few links removed, but it is a beautiful piece. It looks better than the pictures. If you like the pictures, you wont be dissapointed with the real thing. Back is engraved finely with all the features, and it sets very precisely with no play in the crown. I feel like I have a thousand dollar watch for 50 bux, literally. Invicta delivers on their promise of fine quality at affordable prices. The glow in the dark hands are not huge like Timex or other brands, but yet stand out very nicely in the dark. The Red No. 10 as seen in the picture does NOT stand out like you think it does. I was very pleased with that. And it appears finely crafted, not cheap, Ive had it for one day and received many compliments, as it appears to be a finely machined piece of equipment, VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE FROM AMAZON. Very nice piece, feels and looks like a much more expensive watch. Very well constructed, and quite heavy. Packaged in a very nice faux leather box (as all Invictas are). Sets easily and precisely, with no play in the crown or hands. EXTREMELY acurate swiss quartz movement, only gaining 45 seconds after 1 month, as compared to the atomic referenced clock on my computer. Excellent value with its Sapphire Crystal face, which is almost industry standard for maximum scratch resistance. I was also able to easily resize the watch by myself with a tool purchased for $8.99 from Amazon, check my other reviews to see the tool. Extremely pleased with this purchase from Amazon, and I am already shopping for another Invicta watch. |
