Very annoying     On: 2007-12-03

The service IS VERY BAD, and I make my order on November 4, 2007, I took it as page by the watch and today is December 3 and still pending. It reached me my request and I do not have the answer because I had come
Timeless vs. Timeless     On: 2007-02-17

With a strong fascination for the Swiss Army line of watches, my eyes were drawn to the two models: one in the black face with black bezel, and one with the blue face and blue bezel. Both were sleek and attractive with the right amount of color and silver. Going with the black, I found a watch that could go with casual and informal clothes, and might even match with a tux. The bezel rotates one way only, but easily with loud clicks so it can be positioned without looking. The luminescence is strong enough to be seen clearly in the dark. Its been on my wrist constantly, except when I had to take it off because the chronograph failed to reset properly.

It seemed Swiss Army tech support took some time off too. They tell you that it takes a minimum of five weeks to complete the repair, but wont tell you anymore than that. After seven weeks, they finally promised to send it back. They did two weeks later. (I had owned the watch for little more than a year.) Here is where SA has you over a barrel. If you take it to a regular jeweler, all bets are off as far as warranty goes.

I like the way the watch looks. Its timeless. I dont like the way Swiss Army Repair works. It too is timeless. So much so, you may begin to feel youll never see your watch again.

It depends upon how much you like its looks, and how much patience you have for its repair.

Either one could be timeless.

Disappointed     On: 2006-07-10

I have an old Swiss Army quartz chrono, called the Maverick. I love this watch and have always been impressed with how much quality it holds for such an inexpensive watch. The bracelet is heavy and solid, the crystal is saphire and nicely curved, and the face is brilliant white and crisp. Now on the this watch... I was greatly disappointed as soon as I picked it up out of the box. The bracelet feels cheap and light, as does the bezel and case. The pushers for the chrono... at first I thought it was broken because it wouldnt reset. Then I realized that you have to give the lower button an unusually HARD push for it to function, much harder than the top button and obviously not to spec for this watch. This leads me to believe that the quality control for this watch is poor. Doubt Ill buy another Swiss Army. Ill give this one to my nephew.
