We had to go to the store and buy a battery for the watch. Product seems to meet satisfaction for the consumer. Seller needs to review product and make sure it is 100% working before shipping. We kept it anyway and gave it to my niece for Christmas because we didnt want to have to deal with sending it back. Dont buy this for a man or you will be disappointed!
