Distinguished Looks and Interesting Complication (movement)     On: 2007-08-04

The Good:
I Googled this watch for months...or goggled over it. This was the best price I could find in the world! It is a beautiful, well balanced watch. It is heavy but not uncomfortable. It looks like a very expensive watch and the many comments Ive had on it verify Im not alone on that thought. Pulsar is a Citizen watch. High in quality and reliability.
The Bad:
The complication or movement is a reversing second hand that actually serves as stopwatch and not a true second hand. There is a small dial second hand on the left side of the face. Personally I dont like this feature, and would prefer a regular sweep second hand, but clearly the watch is easy to love otherwise.
The Conclusion:
It appears well worth 4X the cost here. I saw it in a local jewelry shop recently at $279.00 "on sale." It is highly accurate, as well as all the other positives, with the Miyota Quartz movement of the Seiko/Citizen watch. Overall, a very pleasing watch, even to a watch nut, like me! Buy it and you wont regret it.
