Cool watch, great service On: 2007-03-23I got this watch from Bike Somewhere. When it came, one of the buttons didnt work. I emailed the seller but didnt get a response right away. So I phoned and the person I talked to said hed send me a new watch and I could send back the bad one after I got the new one. It came almost immediately. But there still seemed to be a problem with it. So I called again, talked to the same guy -- who told me he had tested the watch before sending it -- and he stepped me through the operations over the phone. (The written instructions that came with the watch werent 100% accurate -- I think they were written for a slightly different model -- and I had misinterpreted part of it besides.) The upshot is -- the watch works great, keeps good time, looks cool, and the support from Bike Somewhere is A-1. A Big, Bold, Beautiful Watch On: 2006-12-16This is my fourth in this series of Expedition Chronographs and it is just as big, bold, and beautiful as all the others. I wear a different on everyday, just to keep everyone guessing as to which one will show up next and just for the heck of it. Every thing works just fine on these watches and I have not regretted my decision to collect this series. |
