Mine is a 6000 Chronometer Chronograph which means Tag had it COSC certified. This review is relevant in that they both use the same movement. Mine locked up completely two weeks out of warranty, and Tag said hey it it now your watch and if you want it to run again send us $340 for a maintenance. This is a two year old $4500.00 watch. Am not a stranger to mechanical watches. Own over a dozen including a 40+ year old Bulova and have never had a problem. As a matter of fact Tayna, the service manager for Tag. told me the Bulova is a better made watch and no watch Tag makes would last as long as the Bulova. Buy a Tag at your own risk and if you do be prepared to spend 350 to 400 bucks every couple of years. After Ive got them all I can say is that this watch is stunning looking, great quality, and will last you forever. Dont waste your money on junk watch that cost cheaper or fake, get one good watch that will last you long time. TAG Carrera is one of those watch. |
