I searched for awhile before deciding on this watch as there isnt a great selection of watches that meet this description. I got this watch a few weeks ago and I am really happy with it so far and havent had any trouble with it. Also, the watch glass is pretty tough. I try to be careful but occasionally my watch does end up hitting something. The glass hasnt scratched yet which is a really big bonus. Keep in mind that the pictures of the watch on Skagens website are a little misleading as the watch isnt about 1mm thick as the pictures suggest, its an illusion since the case curves back as it gets thicker (I cant think of a better way to describe the effect). But still at 4.5 mm its half as thin as most. Overall, if you want a nice simple watch without being flashy, get it.
