On: 2007-04-06I received the watch "brand new" from the watch zone and the altimeter never worked. I send them an e-mail and they are so cynical that the told me to claim my courier when the box was never opened by someone else than me or them. DONT TRUST THE WACHT ZONE. This is my email: Hello, This is not my first experience with Watch Zone but in this opportunity I brought two Swatch Snowpass and the unisex model it looked like it was used and the strap was dirty, the box was broken in one corner and worst of all the altimeter doesnt work which I verified comparing it with the other Swatch Snowpass. I live in Venezuela. What can I do? I paid for expensive shipping to my country and I dont want to loose more money. Thank you for your help. Seller Response: "The item was shipped to the U.S. address in Brand new condition. Contact YOUR Forwarding Agent with any claims of damage. We ship using only First rate delivery services."
