Very elegant, slim, and light on the wrist. It looks far more expensive than its actual price. Often it attracts looks from people. This is my third Skagen. I loved this one the most. The others had mesh band, which was cool, but easy to be damaged. The leather band looks, feels, and works better for me.
Excellent, but . . .     On: 2007-11-24

An extremely light, thin, very cleanly designed mens watch. The leather strap is luxuriously smooth inside. So far the gold plating (I assume) on mine is hanging in there. Very pleased. But--and this applies generally to mens watches--the stem is right where it is most likely to scratch or poke the back of the hand when wearing on the top of the wrist, or the palm when wearing it on the bottom. I wear it loosely on the bottom, which seems to help. Stems can be placed at the 4:30 position, and shielded so as not to scratch. Why dont more watches do this?

You cant beat a Skagen watch for looks, accuracy, and price. I have people come up to me all the time asking where I purchased this beautiful timepiece. It is so thin you dont even know its on your wrist. Great watch at a great price.....
