The watch is fabulous, beautiful, and an eye catcher by all those who look upon it. It has served me faithfully for more than one year without trouble. However, it is the heaviest watch I have ever owned and does cause me discomfort after prolonged use, which causes me to give this watch a 4 out of 5 stars. However, a tightening of the watch band and limiting the time worn have both removed any discomfort I once had. Despite its weight, I am pleased and I would recommend it to anyone.

I first bought my watch at a Swatch store. I bought the Moonscape watch because the Sea Pride was sold out. Then I found the Sea Pride on Amazon for $108.00 and promptly took the Moonscape back. I thought there had to be a catch, that the watch was refurbished or at least repackaged, but no. It arrived in perfect condition, sealed in its original packaging. It is a very heavy, very solid, substantial watch. The brushed stainless steel finish is great -- not too flashy. I like that as a watch, stylistically it isnt attempting to be something it isnt. It isnt trying to come-off as the equivalent of a red sports car for staus seeking men. Its more of a commentary on the overblown and overwrought "man jewelry" that mens watches have become. Perhaps thats why they call this line of watches "Irony". Sure my watch is big and shiney. But relax, its a Swatch!
