More Information

all around disappointing
by: Anonymous    On: 2007-05-13

I am quite disappointed with the quality of this watch. While not the most expensive of the Lancaster line, at over $100 I still expected a watch that would work.

The ratcheting bezel is loose, not firm feeling like the other watches I own. The watch stops running and starts again at its own discretion despite having a brand new battery installed. It doesnt look bad, and works for short periods but, I wont wear it if Im actually depending on my watch to tell me the time when I have something important happening.
The description did not mention that this watch had a cheap feeling rubber strap that had to be cut in order to size it.

I cant speak for the entire line of Lancaster watches, but I DO NOT recommend this particular model.
The main reason I bought this watch was because I live in Lancaster, Pa. and thought it might be a nice conversation starter to have a Lancaster watch. Sadly, most conversations start off with me warning others not to buy this watch model.
