I tried to place an order several times on their website (which didnt work) - then i tried to call customer service to place an order (i had to leave a message). 24 hours later customer service had not called me back - so i called again and they said that they were so overwelmed that they had not checked the messages yet from the PREVIOUS day. Not acceptable in todays online commerce world. |
