It is thin, sleek and very comfortable to wear. The product arrived quickly, as expected. Id easily buy buy a Skagen again. This seller rates A++. Nice watch, incorrectly labeled as "Ultra-Thin"  On: 2008-01-13This watch, sadly, is incorrectly advertised as having a 5.5 millimeter thickness when it is actually 8.0 mm thick. However, the watch is somewhat thinner than many of todays large watches and relatively comfortable, with a good curvature in the band. The watch is attractive and appears well made but the error of falsely stating the thickness, and then calling the watch "Ultra-Thin" is a fatal flaw in the eyes of this reviewer. I would have welcomed finding other reviews to compare my own experience with, but there appear to be no other reviews on the internet which I can find. Why arent any other buyers posting their own reviews? Any comments appreciated. What I found particularly surprising was my difficulty in getting the Amazon vendor to take responsibility for the error, let alone admit it. I finally had to contact Skagen customer service to verify that the thickness was in fact 8MM, not the 5.5MM advertised. I am still trying to work out the details for return of the watch. Will follow up with more info later. |
