They have always been very accurate (to within 1 or 2 seconds a month). They also have all the features you could ever want for training. This version has some other really nice features like the "occasion" reminder so you dont miss your girlfriends birthday or your anniversary. It also has three alarms that can be set for either daily, week day only or weekend only. It also has three time zones which may be a little overkill - I only use two - local and UTC (GMT). The Indiglo feature on this watch is very cool - the numbers light up while the background goes black. The Flix feature is also knida nice - it activates the Indiglo with the flick of your wrist.
