More Information

New old stock     On: 2008-04-23

This was another good deal from Amazon. Deliver was timely and the warranty is the usual Amazon type. It had the cheapest price at the time.

It looks like this watch was a new old stock item as it was released for 1996-1998 collection. Omega reference is ST 375.0083. Caliber number: 1152.

Its case is a bit smaller than current similar models, but functionality is the same (Date, split-seconds, tachometer, chronograph).

Great Grad Gift     On: 2007-01-08

I bought the Omega for my son upon his graduation from college. It arrived on-time and exactly as shown on the Amazon web site. All is OK!
Got the wrong item.... but what I received rates 5-stars!     On: 2007-01-05

This is not a review for the 3513.30 for one simple reason - thats not what I received! What I did receive was the Omega Seamaster 2252.50 mid-size chronograph. And for rather unfortunate logistical reasons, there was no way to exchange. Take my word for it.

While I was initially disturbed and upset with the whole episode, just a few days of looking at the Seamaster 2252.50 was enough to make me fall in love with it. Which doesnt mean that the Speedmaster 3513.30 isnt a fine instrument, its just that I didnt get it, and Im happy with what I got. The mid-size is the right size for me, and being an (old-fashioned) automatic and a chronometer to boot.... nice.

Its been 2-months, and Im still happy. Or happier. Maybe Ill take it on a scuba-dive.... I couldnt do that with a Speedmaster!! :o)
Excellent Chrono

Semi-large Chronograph, yet comfortable on the wrist. Solid band links add to the weight, but adds to the durability factor. The anti-reflective coating on the crystal makes reading the time in bright sunlight easier on the eyes. The Chronograph fuctions are crisp and precise. Overall the Speedy is a beautiful solid built like a tank timepiece that will last for decades. Most of the display pictures of this wonderful timekeeper does not justify its overall fit and finish. I have always been a fan of Omega Watches, and the Speedmaster regardless of model is a fine example of excellent craftmanship, and Swiss quality. I would pay retail for this watch if other buying options were unavailable.
