But it doesnt bother me and I dont notice it once Im wearing the watch. The #2791 is definitely on the small side. At first I thought I had been shipped a womens or a boys version. I have small wrists and the watch still looks smallish. But it is a well-made beautiful watch and Im happy I bought it. A great watch, but . . . On: 2008-02-14This is a really good watch. One reviewer said that he wished it was a little larger, but I think it is a good size (and I generally like large watches). It makes a great dress watch. My one reservation is the band. The way the leather is textured causes it to bend more sharply in certain places (one place in particular on my own watch). I would probably think that this was a fluke, but you can notice it on the watch in the above picture. Notice that there is a kink in the band on the middle picture above. On my watch, there is a similar kink which seems to be in about the same place. This causes the watch to want to ride slightly off center on my wrist. The face of the watch doesnt remain straight while Im wearing it. This is a mild irritant to me. However, someone else might find it more bothersome. This is one of three Invicta watches that I own. They are generally very good watches and very much worth the money. Invicta 2791 On: 2008-01-14The deliver was fast! The watch is very nice & dressy but hoped it was a little bigger. I WAS LOOKING FOR A MENS DRESS WATCH FOR MY BUSINESS WARDROBE. I PURCHASED THE MENS II COLLECTION CLASSIC (MODEL #2791). AS WITH ALL OF MY PREVIOUS INVICTAS, I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. THIS IS A BEAUTIFULLY-STYLED TANK WATCH WITH A SIMPLE, BUT ACCURATE JAPANESE QUARTZ MOVEMENT. IT LOOKS LIKE A MILLION BUCKS WITH A SUIT OR DRESSY-CASUAL ATTIRE. NO NEED TO LET YOUR FRIENDS KNOW YOU PAID UNDER $60.00 FOR IT. I WOULD HAVE RATED THIS WATCH 5 STARS HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR MINUTE SCRATCHES ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE CASE UPON ARRIVAL. OVERALL, A GREAT WATCH. WELL-MADE, WITH QUALITY MATERIALS. VERY PLEASED. |
