This was a great choice. It is a very sharp looking watch in all stainless, brushed and polished case and band. The band has the squeeze to release catch that grabs a T shaped tab to lock in place. Easy to use, but not sure of the longevity. Ive had this type of band before that quickly wore off the ends of the T. The analog hour and minute hands are set by program, no stem! I like that. The digital display has the unusual day of week, date, month, global city dual time, alarms, count-down, and elapsed time functions. All of which are easy to set and use. In addition is a data bank for contacts and phone numbers. I have not used this. BOTTOM LINE- Great looking, ruggedly constructed, dive proof watch. My only criticism is the watch is heavy and the case is almost 1/2" thick. Im used to that now, but not sure this would be a good choice for long sleeve office use. Truly a GREAT buy for the money I have researched many "under $50" watches and have read many reviews. I decided on this one and I am NOT disappointed at all-- the watch is very well-made, a nice combination of polished and brushed stainless, a wealth of features readily available. I was looking for an analog watch that had the ability to provide a countdown timer and stopwatch. The Edifice fit the bill. Awesome Watch!!! This watch is awesome. I have received several compliments on it. It is great, because it has the nice and professional look of an analog watch, but it has a great digital part with a lot of functionality - alarm, memory, world time, etc. It looks much better than all of the other combination analog and digital watches at which I have looked. |
