Combining all these features flawlessly and elegantly it makes a great statement to its owner and wearer. It comes with the full packaging and it is very nice. classic ellegance  by: Anonymous On: 2007-02-20 Tissot is an old respected swiss watch company which dates back to 1853. the txl 7 follows the tx series and is the top of the line. Providing both analog and digital displays, it allows the wearer to disable the digital display thereby enhancing the classic simplicity of the silver and black elegance. The various functions are activated by a rapid movement of the crown.At first this may seem awkward but it prevents the unintentional change of settings while wearing.The movement of the hands are particulary neet in that the faster you move the crown the hands catch up even after you finish the crown adjustment. The minute hand changes in one visible movement when you wear the watch,which shows the quality workmanship.The case and face are curved, which is an unusual and confortable feature not seen in most watches since Gruen introduced the "Curvex" watch in the 30s. If there are any negatives, it would be the size and weight. This however is probably a personal quirk in that, being small wristed, I prefer small and light watches.In summation, if you want a classic and elegant Swiss watch and also the modern features of digital functions at an affordable price (compared to Rado or Rolex)you will have a hard time finding a better watch. P.S. I liked it so much that I bought the ladies version for my wife. |
