 Skagen Men's Titanium Watch #360LTMRB By: Skagen Average Rating: 4.0 Total Reviews: 4 More Information Swell  On: 2008-04-22Light, thin watch that feels comfortable to wear. Other Skagen watches I have owned have lasted only a few weeks before the crystal shattering. I like the styles and functions of Skagen watches but their quality matches their low price. That is not necessarily bad, I have had thousand dollar watches break, at least with these I shed less tears and I can go buy another watch from the multiple styles they have. Great casual watch...enjoy. awesome watch!  On: 2007-07-20This is my favorite watch so far. It looks very cool and it works great. This watch is very light, which is nice because I forget that I have it on my hand. This watch definitely turns heads and draws compliments from people with its all black design and sleek case. I had this watch with me in Cancun for 10 days where it was in salty water most of the time and it worked flawlessly! I am very happy with this watch and I would definitely buy it again. Skagen mens watches occupy a unique niche in the market: thin, light, stylish, and they dont cost a fortune. Most are in the $100 range. This one has a very comfortable rubber strap, a titanium case, and an elegant yet functional display, incorporating a stopwatch, second hand, and date. The dial is marked with the minutes rather than hours which is an interesting twist. There are no tickmarks for the minutes which can make accurate time reading tricky, if thats important to you. Its waterproof to 300. The date is easy to read, and the hands are luminous, though as with most luminous hands, they dont glow for long in the dark. Why dont more analog watches have backlights? Ive read other reviews that have said that their Skagens failed in a short time (typically the crystal breaks), but Ive had several and have never seen this. So, overall, I recommend this watch to anyone looking for a thin, light, functional, stylish, silent watch that is surprisingly cheap. UPDATE: The crystal has shattered! It lasted all of three months, and happened while the watch was just sitting on my wrist, so I guess those other reviews claiming that this watch was a piece of junk may have been on to something.... Amazon doesnt allow me to revise my rating for this review, but if I could, needless to say Id take it down to one star! Shame though - its still a pretty watch. On: 2006-12-30My first titanium watch was a Skagen 105LTX (a classy all-Ti watch with a link band), and this is my second Skagen. Whereas the former served well with a button-down shirt, the 360LTMRB with the rubber band is perfect for daily wear. This watch comes from Skagens Performance collection, so it is built to be more rugged than a typical Skagen: 100M water resistance (versus 30M typical), durable all-weather rubber band (which is very comfortable compared to rubber bands from Swiss Army), a screw-down adjustment knob, and I noticed on the backplate that the mineral crystal is super hardened. The 360LTMRB also sports a nice chronograph, and I love the uniquely numbered dial which references minutes instead of hours. Like a typical Skagen, this model has a slim case, employs Japanese movement, and is featherweight because of the titanium case and components (so light I often dont realize I am wearing a watch).
