 Swiss Army Knife Maker Wenger 79935 - Mens G-3 Navigator Compass Watch By: Wenger Average Rating: 4.0 Total Reviews: 1 More Information Functional but Heavy Watch/Compass Combo  On: 2007-01-05Wenger is taking a cue from their Swiss compatriots at Rolex with this watch - it is quite a chunk of stainless steel, and quite heavy. The compass is beneath the watch, accessed by turning a knob that surrounds the stem, and hinging the watch along the 9-o-clock side. It comes with a band as well as a clip, and a tool for changing from one to the other (useful for this watch as well as others!). I would recommend permanent use of the belt clip, unless you want to have an oversized left bicep a la Rod Laver. It works as advertized, has a both elegant and functional appearance, and should serve its purpose - walking both the streets of a city or out on the trail - for decades. |
