 Pulsar Men's Alarm Chronograph Watch #PF3233 By: Pulsar Average Rating: 4.0 Total Reviews: 5 More Information Design flaws  On: 2006-09-15Band of watch is attractive and has what appears to be good safety clasp, athough I note another buyer has had trouble with the clasp. The date function apparently does not work propertly. After 2 months of re-reading instructions and "fiddling" it continues to turn at 12 hour intervals instead of 24. The second hand timer for the timer is good. The minute counter is so hard to read as to make this feature useless. All in all, a disapointment. Geat watch, but not perfect...  On: 2006-07-14Ive had the watch for a year now, and I like it very much. It looks great and has a nice heft to it. I definitely like having an alarm feature (and I cant figure out why so few watches have one). In the spirit of disclosure, I thought Id note a couple of points in which new buyers might be interested. - I agree that the blue on the face of the watch is a touch darker than that in the picture, unless youre holding the watch directly up to a light. - The the thin red watchhand in the center that looks like the second hand is actually part of the stopwatch. Normally, then, it remains completely still. The second hand is actually in the small dial in the 9:00 position. - Finally, after a year of heavy use, the safetly clasp that holds the master clasp (is that a term?) closed no longer stays in position. Thus, when clapping my hands, the watch can easily come unclasped. I know theres a warranty, but its a pain to figure out how to get it fixed for free. Overall, I dont regret the purchase, and Ill certainly keep this watch even if I move onto daily-use watch. Very fast delivery  On: 2006-04-03I love this watch. The delivery was very fast. Still, the colours arent exaclty the ones from the picture (blue and red are darker). I would recommend this item to anyone who wants a good and affordable watch. the gift On: 2006-03-22i wanted to get my husband something special for valentines day since we just got married in dec and hes overseas in the army. he still today brags about the watch to everyone. it was so great and has worked so great for him that he thinks i broke the bank for it when in all reality it was really affordable. so great gift, great price, works amazing i would recommend to anyone! ^^ On: 2006-01-14Overall its a good watch, band is easy to adjust all u needs is a paper clip and a hammer. Alarm and stop watch is extremely cool. Though it takes a while to sync the time and date. Other than that its pretty good for the price i paid. |
