A Great Buy     On: 2007-11-06

As people have said the picture definitely isnt doing it justice. Wed found this watch at a store running at 60% off for $120 so that said, it was a great deal all around getting it here.
The clasp is adjustable so for the slightly larger wrist you may be able to wear it right out of the box.
And it just all around looks great, would definitely recomend this.
Great watch!     On: 2006-08-29

I have always enjoyed the combination of an analog watch with a small digital window that allows easy use of alarm, stop watch, date, and digital time. I had just such a Seiko for nearly 20 years that finally needed to be replaced (yes 20 years--it was a great watch!). However, it is now hard to find this style of watch. I narrowed my search to Pulsar and decided to choose this one. The black finish actually looks better in person than it does in the photos (the photos give it a kind of plastic look, but it looks very un-plastic in real life--it does, after all, have a titanium finish). I thought the titanium overlay might be overkill but I now think it will be worth the money as it should keep scratches down. My only complaint is that I was told you need a special tool to remove links from the band and I had to take it to a local watch store to get it adjusted. The links on my Seiko, which had a similar band, could easily be adjusted without any special tools. Having to take it to a watch store cost me an additional $12. But it was still less expensive than paying retail for it. It should be noted that not everyone will need a link removed--but I did. Also, the band is actually different than that shown on Amazon. It is a "double-locking-fold-over-clasp," not the "push-button-clasp" that is listed on the Amazon web site.

Not a very accurate time piece. Loses about 5 min a week. It does look nice.
