I waited for the right time to purchase a watch from Invicta, Im glad i waited because i got a watch worth far more then the money i paided. I recommend this watch to everyone, no disapointments. I will always buy from Invicta! Buy the extended warranty  On: 2007-02-15After owning this watch for just two months the date indicator stoped turning and will not turn manualy. Amazon would not take care of an exchange because it is over 30 days so I am now having to ship the watch back to the manufacturer. I am not pleased with Amazons short 30 return/exchange policy or with the fact the watch has failed already. It is a good looking watch. Hopefully the manufacturer will be easy to work with. But now I have to pay to ship it back and who know what else. Nice Watch  On: 2006-11-10I bought this whatch from Amazon. She looks nice and hopefully I have long time fun with this thing. Nice watch for the money On: 2006-04-14My #9537 arrived 2 days ago from Amazon/Bodying.com, It shipped in 2 days all the way from from Malaysia! Whats in the box: The box is the Invicta Yellow box - not the fancy wooden one. There were not any instructions to speak of, so I printed them off the web site. The Watch The case seems to be titanium but who knows. The case back is steel, and the band is a mix. The case back is nicely engraved it indicates #9537A. Its no feather weight, but Ive wore heavier. Id say the site picture is fairly accurate the bezel might be a shade lighter than pictured - but I think its is possibly a function of the monitor. The band is of reasonable quality, and comfort. Unless you have a rally big wrist, youll need a jeweler to size the band. Operation After a few mistakes I was able to 0 the sweep hand, 1/10 second hand, and 30 min hand. All of the functions work as advertised. I found the crown a bit spindly but no problems. The timing pusher buttons have a nice feel and are secured by an outer locking jacket. The bezel its hard to grip to turn but has a good feel. Impressions I like the watch. I think it has Swiss works assembled in Asia but thats fine by me. It looks good, and thus far is keeping time. The face looks slick, one downer common to this style is the 2, 4, and 10 position are not marked with a dot, and I am surprised how hard it is to quickly read the exact minutes in these positions. Overall I like the styling better than similar price point chronographs by Seiko, and Citizen. I hope he quality is better. So far I am a happy buyer. Loved it On: 2005-12-29Ordered, shipped and received in less than 24 hours! Amazing!! The watch is beautiful and looks exactly as displayed. I dont know what the prior reviewer was expecting. Titanium is LIGHTER than steel and should not be as heavy! Invicta is a great product at a great price! I love the watch! NOT Titanium, NOT colors as in photos  On: 2005-08-12I was excited when received my new "Invicta Mens Elite Titanium Watch #9537" from Amazon, but then I was extremely dissapointed, the watch must be either Titanium PLATED or Titanium COLOR, but it was NOT Titanium, you can instantly obviously tell by the weight (I have a couple Titanuim watches). Also the nice rich color depicted in the ad photo was NOT what the watch actually looked like in real life, it was VERY dissapointing! BUT... I have to tell anyone reading this....AMAZON WAS WONDERFUL! They returned the watch ASAP with only a very minor s/h fee. I was very happy with the way Amazon treated me, I will DEFINETELY buy from then again and again! |
