This watch also comes in a 36mm diameter bezel, which Amazon doesnt carry. I went to a certified Omego outlet in San Francisco. They carry the 36mm, 38.5mm, and the 42.2mm. The 36mm felt the most comfortable for my wrist size and ego. This watch is equipped with the new Co-Axial Escapement, which has fewer moving parts producing less friction thereby extending the life of this watch far beyond the other automatics. I paid more at the outlet - amazon has good values - but i got what i wanted. This watch has a certified chronometer movement, which means it is rated to loose not more than one second a day or to not gain more that six seconds a day. Mine, after a full days use gains about one to two seconds. If i give it the day off and it sets on the table,it gains 5 seconds. Do i like my new Omega Railmaster Co-Axial Automatic Chronometer watch with a classic look that keeps near perfect time? - Well, does a bear poop in the woods? |
