 Men's Mido Automatic 25 Jewel ETA Swiss Watch By: Mido Average Rating: 3.5 Total Reviews: 3 More Information Great Classic Watch  On: 2009-05-30I love this multifort watch, its solid construction and weight balance is perfect for men. The price is just fair for what you get. This is a pure mechanical watch, so you would not expect time memory, mine can keep going for almost 2 days without any movement. Need to adjust time by 5 minutes every month which is not a big deal and highly acceptable for an automatic watch. If I lose mine, I would definitly buy another one! This is an automatic movement  On: 2008-03-26You should be aware, you have an precise, purely mechanical automatic movement. No batteries, no eco-drive and so on... Just turn the crown sometimes during the day and power should stay over 24 hours. Precision for this movement is absolutely OK, and if you are not happy, I will buy this watch from you immediatelly:) mart007@volny.cz Limited features and poor timepiece  On: 2006-09-08I bought this watch hoping for a quality watch. Although I like its plain look (dont like any gold trim), it is not actually a good watch. Unlike a Seiko I have that was cheaper, it does not have a power reserve, so if you take the watch off overnight, it will stop. The Seiko will "remember" the time, even if the hands no longer turn, and once shaken, it will automatically move the hands to the correct time. The Mido also does not keep accurate time. It loses about 2 minutes each week. I dont think that is acceptable in a watch at this price. I dont recommend it. |
