On: 2007-03-10it tells time, it looks pretty. pretty much what watches do, after all . . . Problems with the armband.  On: 2007-02-18The armbands on these watches are not on hinged pins, but attached directly to the housing of the watch. That makes them prone to breakage, and when they break they are almost impossible to replace. Ive found quite a few stores that sell Skagen watches but none that sell Skagen armbands. Ive been told that I would have to send the watch in, which would take 4-6 weeks and cost more than half the original sale price of the watch. Great design, but Im not going to buy another Skagen watch! Nice watch  On: 2006-07-301)keeps accurate time. 2)good stylish design. 3)slim but not flimsy. 4)genuine leather wrist band. The only complaint I could come up with is the protective film they put on the dial surface looks so cheap but you will peel it off before use anyway. Cons: * Strap is fixated.. i.e it is not flexible like a regular watch - so it becomes hard for the wrist to adapt to it. * No back light or luminous dials... so u cannot see it in the dark An elegant watch On: 2006-03-13This is a very clean watch with a simple attractive design.Keeps accurate time. Its very slim too. Only complaint is the strap leather seems to be too stiff, feels like it might break sometime. |
