I have had this watch for about one year (I had another Timex for ten years before I tired of it--still ticking to the end), and I have always been able to count on it. Reliability is an important and often underemphasized aspect of watch quality. This watch has been dropped, crushed, stepped on, washed, smacked with a hammer, and it once even broke my fall down a rocky hill, but not only have I not destroyed it, I havent even been able to successfully scratch it. I may have been either incredibly lucky or the watch gods may be favoring me, but this is the experience I have had with all three timex watches I have owned. On top of that the watch is also very attractive and quite inexpensive for it. The timepiece itself runs very well and I never need to adjust the time except when the watch outlasts another battery. |
