I was given this watch for a job well done (Color me suprised) by my company. I was immediately impressed by its weight and extremely masculine, minimalist appearance. In this age of mens watches that are shiny, glittery and in my opinion, overdone. Much like an oversized womans Cartier watch. This is a watch that hits you over the head with a velvet hammer.
The functions on the watch are very easy to use with the spacing between the button actuators far enough apart to allow manipulation by hands wearing light-duty gloves. The watch keeps very accurate time, as you would expect from a timepiece in this price range.
As a historical note, the Russian Cosmonauts each received a Fortis watch upon their journey into space. (Pretty odd really...... a country where you can get a timpeiece like this, but two-ply toilet paper, forget it.)
If you have the means, can convince someone else to buy this as a present for you or just happen to run across my lifeless body (after one of my thrill-seeking adventures has gone awry), I highly suggest picking this timepiece up (dont worry, I wont haunt you).
