On: 2008-04-29My roommate got one for himself and his girlfriend and I got one for my dad for Christmas. All three of them broke! I need some Orbitz gum for my dirty mouth after having to pay them $40 to fix their fragile watch. They are slim and nice to look at - if you can keep the crystal from cracking. Fantastic purchase.  On: 2008-03-15I bought this watch as a gift for my boyfriend-- the man who wont wear a watch. He immediately fell in love with the look of it: the band has a sort of vintage look, and is extremely elegant, while still being subtle. Although I had read in other peoples comments that the band could be uncomfortable, I went on and bought the watch anyway--with a little bit of leather conditioner that we already had lying around for our boots, the band softened right up. I imagine the same thing would happen through frequent wear, as well. The weight of the watch was crucial for my boyfriend. Like I said, he wouldnt wear watches before, and had no desire to... he was completely content using his phone to tell the time. Now, he wont leave home without it on. Its incredibly light and thin, and it is very understated yet classic. I strongly urge people who are considering buying this timepiece to do so--its an amazing value. Thin & Cute  On: 2008-01-21Its really nice, thin and cute watch and even good with it leather. Cons: work crazy with high shock.....if you play sport....it will go wrong. Bought the first at a major Department store for about twice the price. The watch itself is very comfortable and stylish. Love the sleekness of this watch and its one of the slimmest I could find besides the Baum and Marciers that run in the low thousands. No troubles with either of my Skagens to date. Enjoy. It is very nice, with a good and beautiful leather strap and a clear, classic, and somehow subtle and soothing typeface for the watch face.
