I have several watches, and I wear this one perhaps four times a week. I dont use the alarm feature, so I cant comment on its volume, but I was surprised to discover that the second hand is that tiny little dial down where 6 is supposed to be. One caveat: adjusting the band involves cutting bits of it off with scissors, so youd better be sure you want it a little tighter before you start cutting. They have several colors available, and I keep hearing the black one with tbe yellow face calling my name... Chase-Durer Men's_Watch Watch CD155.1BB2-PVIB On: 2007-01-11Excellent Product. This watch was selected to be used daily in place of a gold/stainless GMT Rolex that has been retired to storage after being worn 35 years. Crisp Looking, Light Weight, Nicely Crafted  On: 2006-12-02I liked this watch so much that I bought it twice. My second purchase was the red face with solid flat black bracelet. The crystal is flat with minimal glare. The numbers and detail are shiny and crisp. Unlike the equally smart-looking black face version where the hours are a pale green, here they are a bright white. The alarm is loud enough to wake me for an early morning appointment (your experience may differ). The rotating bezel has a pleasing sound. The date box is easily read. Its hard to find fault with this entry level Chase-Durer wrist watch. Just remember to push the alarm function button in (off) when swimming. |
