This watch came with a velcro wristband, which is quite comfortable and easier to use than typical buckles or fasteners if you have minor arthritis. The watch allows you tell time in two different timezones (if you wish), set a timer, alarm, or use it as a stopwatch.

The only reason I did not give this watch a full five stars was because of the "backlight" feature. Even though you would think that turning the backlight on would make it easier to read in the dark, it actually makes the display more difficult to read. You end up having to twist the watch around to get the right angle where the display is readable.

Overall, this is a great watch for the money.
