This is obviously a design flaw. It was just sitting on the table...and popped! Cracked in half. The repair costs like 35 bucks..Ya right, like I was gonna pay that. I called them and pressed 0, and got the guy to accept that its a design flaw. He even told me its a very common problem for this watch. I still had to pay the 8.95 for return shipping. The watch itself is super thin which is what sets it apart.... |
